It’s easy to become quickly confused when dipping your toe into the pond that is the health and wellness world. After reading a few blogs or watching some Youtube videos on the topic you’re left contemplating whether you should buy a juicer and kiss solids goodbye or sell everything you own and live off the land.
Humorous extremities aside, its easy to feel overwhelmed.. I’ve been there too! Heck, the reason I started studying Nutrition was so I could start to understand for myself what ‘healthy’ even was. Now my goal is to make it easier for you, by no means am I perfect, in terms of a healthy lifestyle but it’s my true passion.
